New and news

There is some excitement around the shop as the anticipated arrival of new yarn form Classic Elite draws near.   Many of us have loved and knit with the silky Bamboo/Alpaca blend in Vail.
This undyed  yarn is about to get a colorful sibling, Villa.  There are great new patterns and any of the older Vail patterns can be used with this fingering yarn.

In addition there is a brand new yarn from Classic Elite Yarns that was listed on the Ravelry popular new yarns page last week.  Mohawk Wool is a naturally colored sport weight blend of merino/romney/nylon.  It is grown and spun in the USA.  It has great stitch definition and will be a go to traditional yarn for all three S's (socks, sweaters, or shawls).

Stop by and see the swatches and give one of these a try.
