May Yarn Of The Month - Sprout & Seedling

May's Yarn of the Month.. or should I say Yarns of the Month... are Classic Elite Yarn's Sprout & Seedling!  Sprout & Seedling are 100% Organic Cotton. Sprout is a chunky weight knit on size US-10 needles which makes it a quick knit yarn.  Seedling is spout's little sister and is worsted weight.  We currently have 18 colors of Sprout, 13 colors of Seedling, and 4 colors of Seedling Hand Paint.

One Month Until May Yarn Camp!!

We're counting down the weeks until our next Yarn Camp!!  We hope you'll join us for some yarn filled fun!  We have some spots left but you'll need to get your name on the list quick.  Come for the full weekend or come just for an afternoon.  We have pricing options for day campers as well.  Read our blog post about how to register - here.


Yarn Camp will be held on May 18-20 at the Southwest Virginia 4-H Center.  This is a knitting/crocheting/spinning (or whatever you want to do with yarn) retreat for folks looking to meet like-minded people and to work on projects without the stress and worry of day to day life. Forget about all that until you have to return to reality on Monday.  If you're so inclined, please bring snacks to share and your own coffee mug (or wine glass).  You may want to bring a travel chair and your own pillow.  Towels and linens are provided for the overnight guests.

It's Not Too Late to Join In the KAL Fun!!
